| 摘 要： | 本文通过对虚拟企业产生的背景、研究现状的分析,围绕虚拟企业的本质,对其概念进行了深入的研究,给出了具有一般意义的虚拟企业概念并进行了辨析,理清了虚拟企业与虚拟经营、战略联盟等概念间的区别和联系.

| Abstract: | With an analysis of the background for the emergence of virtual enterprises and the present status of research in this respect, the paper presents a study of the concept of virtual enterprise with respects to its nature and, in so doing, gives a generalized definition of virtual enterprise, distinguishes between virtual enterprise, virtual management and strategic alliance and makes clear the relations between them. |
