| 摘 要： | 将公众对公共服务的评价意见纳入地方政府绩效的考核之中,是顺应服务型政府转型、建立服务导向型地方政府绩效评价体系的必然趋势.本文对政府绩效评价中公众参与的意义、历史沿革和发展趋势进行了综合剖析,并结合我国实际,论述了公众参与对中国政府绩效评价实践的启示.
