| 摘 要： | 日本的法社会学思潮主要以日本人的法意识研究为核心,通过法文化比较研究推动日本法治文明的发展.我国传统文化与日本有很多相似性,所以我国的法社会学研究应积极借鉴日本的成功经验,通过建立科学、成熟、发达的法教育学来实现从人治向法治的伟大转变.
