亚洲金融危机的启示与思考

本文从新的角度对亚洲金融危机进行了思考，认为亚洲金融危机给我们的启示是：（１）防范经济风险，确保经济安全是一项长期的战略任务；（２）保持国民经济合理、健康和稳定发展，是防范和规避金融风险，保证经济安全的关键；（３）选择适合本国国情的现代化道路，并根据内外环境的变化及时调整发展战略，保持国民经济的持续快速增长；（４）合理利用外资，逐步开放资本市场，建立防范和控制金融风险的金融预警指标体系；（５）控制大公司的多元化经营战略与债务比例，防止因大公司的倒闭而引起的金融风险

The Revelation of and Thinking over the Financial Crisis in Asia

The author of this paper thinks that the financial crisis has reminded that 1) it is a long-term task to prevent economic risks and ensure its security; 2) the key lies in maintaining a reasonable, healthy and stable development of the national economy; 3) strategies should be adjusted according to both internal and external environmental variations to ensure the swift growth of the national economy; 4) foreign capital should be exploited reasonably and a financial system of warning indices must be set up in order to prevent and control financial perils; and 5) the proportion of diversified management and debt of big companies to prevent them from going bankrupt.
