| 摘 要： | 创新网络的构建与维护对创业企业的创新绩效至关重要.动态能力思路为创业企业创新网络的构建与维护提供了一条新思路.在文献回顾、访谈以及对143家创业企业问卷调查的基础上,提出了创业企业网络动态能力结构模型.研究表明,网络动态能力包括关系技能、协作安排、知悉伙伴、内部沟通与学习支持五个维度;网络动态能力与创业企业的创新网络质量及创新绩效显著相关.
