| 摘 要： | 习惯法是历史上形成的通行于某一特定地区的以习惯为基础发展起来的具有约束力的民间规则。首先提出了习惯与习惯法的概念,继而分析了中国少数民族习惯法的特点,最后对民族习惯法的价值进行了评价。

| Abstract: | The customary law is a historical law code based upon the customs of a certain region and implemented among the people thereof. The paper first defines customs and customary law and then makes an analysis of the customary law as has been implemented in the ethnic groups of China, with a final purpose of making an evaluation of the customary law in the ethnic regions. |
