Mao Zedong's Application and Development of Marxist Modernization Theory

In leading Chinese revolution and socialist construction,Mao Zedong applied and developed Marxist modernization theory.He stated the close relationship between Chinese revolution and modernization construction and regarded gaining national independence and people's liberation as the essential social premise of China's modernization.In his views,China's socialist industrialization is the top priority of socialist construction,and industry is set the dominant status in national economy,thus clarifying the advancing direction of China's modernization.At the same time,he believed that scientific and technological modernization is crucial to China's modernization.Learning from the Soviet Union,he advocated and chose the Chinese way of modernization.
