自信的概念、心理机制与功能研究

心理学领域中有关自信的系统研究并不多见。该文尝试用系统分析的观点提出了自信概念 :自信是一个多维度的心理系统 ,是个体对自己的正面肯定和积极确认程度。自信是通过对认知过程、动机过程及身心反应过程等若干中介过程的调节实现其主体作用机制的。自信对个体行为和心理健康具有重要影响。当前 ,自信研究在人才选拔与培养、健康人格塑造及具体教育实践等方面有着广阔的应用前景

A Study on The Concept , Mental Mechanism and Function of Self-Confidence

Systematic studies on self\|confidence are very few in the field of psychology. This paper studies the concept, metal mechanism and function of self\|confidence. It proposes the concept of self\|confidence from the perspective of system analysis: self\|confidence is a multidimensional psychology system, it is the level that one firmly believed himself frontally and positively. The mechanism of self\|confidence is put into practice by some mediating processes such as cognitive processes , motivational processes, affection and selection processes. The self\|confidence research in China has wide application potentials in the selection and fostering of talents, the formation of healthy personality and the educational practice situations.
