旅游企业信用探析

摘    要:近年来,我国旅游企业存在着程度不同的失信行为,不仅损害了旅游者的合法权益,而且制约了旅游业的健康发展.本文主要从制度环境、信息经济学和信用文化等方面分析了其原因.认为应通过树立旅游企业的信用理念、加强旅游信用制度建设、塑造旅游企业信用品牌形象、加强旅游企业的信用管理体系设等措施来重塑我国旅游企业的信用.

Abstract:In recent years, there existed credit lack to some extent in tourism industry in our country. They not only harmed legal profits of tourists but also restricted tourism development healthily. The article analyzes causes of credit lack in tourism industry from system environment, information economics and credit culture and thinks that we should reconstruct tourism industry credit by setting up credit concept of tourism, strengthening construction of credit system in tourism, molding credit brand image of tourism and strengthening construction of credit management system in tourism.
