我国多元文化课程研究的现状及其发展对策

摘    要:对我国多元文化课程的研究是一项具有创新意义的工作,它不仅给民族地区的地方政府、教育行政部门及学校提供基础教育课程改革本土化建构的理性选择;而且也为建立具有中国特色的基础教育课程体系做出应有的贡献.当前,在我国多元文化课程实施过程中存在的主要问题:其一是缺乏专门指导民族教育的课程计划和教学大纲;其二是缺乏灵活性的民族教育课程结构;其三是缺乏民族性的民族教育课程内容.我国多元文化课程的发展是一项长期系统的工程,需要政策、资金、教育及社会各界的协同努力才能实现.而应采取的基本对策主要有:确立多元文化共存的基本理念、确立多元文化课程设计的基本原则、对多元文化课程的内容进行统整、构建多元文化课程发展的基本模式、确立有效的多元文化课程开发的保障机制以及发展教师的专业素质和多元文化课程意识等等.

Abstract:The research of the multicultural courses is an innovative job with a great significance in our education administration and education reform.At present,there some problems in the process of carrying out the multicultural courses.First,there is not a specialized course plan or curriculum for the minority education.Second,the course structure of minority education is not flexible.Third,there is a lack of nationality in the contents of the course in minority education.The development of the multicultural courses in China is a systematic project in a long term,whose final result depends much on the joints efforts of policies and supply of money from the educational circles and other fields.It is necessary to take such primary measures as: to establish the basic idea of the coexistence of multiculture and the basic principles of designing the multicultural courses,to rearrange the contents of multicultural courses,to set up the basic developing modes of multicultural courses,form an effective ensuring mechanism for the development of the multicultural courses,and to foster teachers' qualification and multicultural awareness.
