大学生时间管理倾向与自信的相关研究

本研究采用时间管理倾向量表和个人评价量表探讨大学生时间管理倾向与自信的关系。研究结果表明:(1)时间管理倾向三个方面均与学业自信显著相关,但仅时间效能感对学业自信有一定的预测作用;(2)体育运动、爱情关系、社会交互作用、交谈等方面的自信均与时间监控观与时间效能感显著相关,仅时间效能感对各方面自信有一定的预测作用;(3)外表自信仅与时间监控观相关,且时间监控观对外表自信有一定的预测作用。

The Relationship Between Self-confidence and Time Management Disposition of Undergraduates

Use time-management dispositon scale and PEI to explore the relationship between self-confidence and Time management disposition of undergraduates. The results suggests: (1)the three dimensions of time-management disposition are related to self-confidence in academic performance ,but only time efficacy showes some degree of regression effect;(2)self-confidence in sports,romantic relationship,social interaction,and talking are all related time control and time value,but only time efficacy shows some degree of regression effect;(3)self-confidence in appearance is only related to time control, and time control shows some degree of regression effect.
