重庆市城镇化质量空间演变及动力研究

为测度城镇化质量水平，探讨其空间格局演变及主要动力因素，推进区域经济高质量发展，以城镇化质量的内涵为基础，从经济、社会、生态环境、城镇化效率及城乡协调程度五个方面，建立城镇化质量综合测度指标体系，运用熵值法对重庆市自直辖以来城镇化质量进行测度，同时分析了重庆市城镇化质量空间格局的演变特征，检验了推动重庆市城镇化质量提升的动力因素。结果显示：研究期内重庆市辖各区县城镇化质量整体提升，呈现出以重庆市主城各区为核心，向临近主城区域，再向渝东南和渝东北地区逐级降低的空间格局特征，并出现了两极分化的现象；提升重庆市城镇化质量的动力因素作用显著，且推动作用由大到小依次为内源动力、行政动力、市场动力、外源动力。重庆市应坚定新型城镇化道路、加强生态文明建设、优化产业结构、因地制宜实现城镇化质量整体均衡提升。

A Study on the Evolution of Spatial Patternin Urbanization Quality and Its Dynamic Factors in Chongqing

In order to measure the quality of urbanization and to explore its main dynamic factors, based on the connotation of urbanization quality, this paper establishes the comprehensive measure system of urbanization quality from the aspects of economy, society, ecological environment, urbanization efficiency and coordination degree of urban and rural areas. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper uses the entropy method to measure the quality of urbanization in Chongqing from 2007 to 2015, analyzes the evolution characteristics of the spatial pattern of urbanization quality, and validates the dynamic factors in promoting the quality of urbanization in Chongqing. The results are as follows. The urbanization quality of Chongqing has been improved. The evolution characteristics of the spatial pattern of urbanization quality of Chongqing is characterized by urban functional core areas and urban function areas as the center. The urbanization quality is gradually reduced from the central area to urban development areas, southeast areas and northeast areas, with a polarized distribution. The four major dynamic factors play a significant role. According to the order of driving force from large to small, the dynamic factors of urbanization quality of Chongqing is followed by endogenous power, administrative power, market power and exogenous power. Chongqing should take the new-style urbanization path firmly, strengthen the construction of eco-civilization, optimize the industrial structure, and deepen the five functional areas strategy to improve the urbanization quality in a holistic and balanced manner.
