| 摘 要： | 党的十六届六中全会提出了建设社会主义核心价值体系的重大命题和战略任务,同时,根据党风廉政建设的迫切需要提出并确立了廉政文化建设的新理念.正确认识社会主义核心价值体系在廉政文化建设中的地位和作用,用社会主义核心价值体系统领廉政文化建设,对新时期加强党风廉政建设,深入开展反腐败斗争具有重大而深远的意义.
