| 摘 要： | 现代科技发展对伦理建设的理论、制度和主体这三个不同方面均提出了新要求.在理论建设方面,要求实现从近距离伦理向远距离伦理的延伸,从规范伦理学向应用伦理学研究的转向,并立足于多学科基础上的大交汇、大融合;在制度建设方面,要求变革社会制度,加强科技立法,引进科技伦理的"软着陆"机制;在主体建设方面,要求明确科技主体的伦理责任,建设科技主体的伦理规范,开展多极主体的对话.

| Abstract: | Ethical construction is to form the valuation stand and ethical rules to restrict people's behavior.The aim of ethical construction is to provide ethical rules for people to follow in ethical behaviors just as they do with the laws in daily behaviors.Ethical construction is a complex system.The advancement of modern science and technology has made new requirements for ethical theory construction,ethical rule construction and ethical subjective construction. |
