| 摘 要： | 科学发展观从本质上说是认识和解决社会发展过程中的一系列矛盾问题,《论十大关系》就是阐述社会主义建设过程中的十大矛盾.经济建设和政权建设问题是《论十大关系》中蕴含科学发展观思想的两条主线;"以苏联为鉴"调动一切积极因素探索社会主义建设蕴含着"以人为本"的思想内核;处理好"综合平衡"、"统筹兼顾"的发展关系蕴含着"全面、协调、可持续发展"的思想雏形.

| Abstract: | In essence,scientific development philosophy is proposed in order to recognize and solve the contradictions and problems emerging in social development.Mao Zedong's article of"The Discussion of Ten Important Relations"elaborates ten important relations emerging in the construction of socialist country.In this article,the discussion about the problems of economic construction and political power construction contains the main idea of scientific development philosophy.The discussion about exploring the constructional road of socialist country through"drawing lessons from the Soviet Union"contains the idea of"the prerequisite of people".The discussion about handling the development relation between"overall balance"and"overall plan and all-round consideration"contains the initial idea of"all-round,coordinate and sustainable development". |
