| 摘 要： | 加强师德建设是促进高校思想政治工作建设的需要。在分析当前高校师德建设存在的问题的基础上，提出加强和改进师德建设的途径：加强教师的师德培训工作，强化价值观教育；培养教师热爱教育、热爱学生的观念；增强教师的教书育人的意识和能力；提倡身正为范，塑造教师人格魅力。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the construction of teacher ~s morality is necessary for promoting the con-struction of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Some ways and methods for strengthening and improving the construction of teacher＇s morality are put forward based on the anal-ysis of the existing problems during the process of construction of teacher＇s morality, such as to strengthen the training of teacher＇s morality, to strengthen value education, to transmit the ideas like loving education and students to the teacher, to improve the awareness and capability of imparting knowledge and educating people of the teacher, to advocate ＂moral integrity makes a model＂ and to create personal charm. |
