| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机发生后，对系统性金融风险的研究越来越受到人们的重视。为了维护金融稳定，防范系统性金融风险的发生，厘清系统性金融风险的概念，阐明风险的生成机理实有必要。阐释了系统性金融风险的涵义和特点，认为金融机构顺周期行为、金融系统的网络风险、金融脆弱性是系统性金融风险产生的主要原因，并分析了系统性金融风险在我国的表现形式，最后提出了如何通过宏观审慎监管来防范系统性金融风险的几点建议。

| Abstract: | After the international financial crisis, researches on systemic financial risk are increas- ingly regarded to. To maintain financial stability and prevent the occurrence of systemic financial risk, it is needed to clear up the concept of systemic financial risk and clarify the formation mechanism. The implication and characters of systemic financial risks are explained and the main reasons of systemic fi- nancial risks are pointed out which are pro-cyclical behavior of financial institutions, network risk of financial system and financial fragility, then the main manifestation of systemic financial risks are ana- lyzed. Finally, some suggestions on how to prevent systemic financial risks through the macro-pru- dential regulation are proposed. |
