公民文化视角下儒家民本思想的当代价值探析

公民参与政治的责任感与实际参与的差距能有效保持政治精英权力与责任的平衡。该平衡是民主政治稳定的基本条件。民本思想勤政为民、尊重民意、关心民生等政治理念是公民文化的必备要素。用这些政治理念塑造对民负责的精英文化和民众信任政治精英的大众文化是民本思想当代价值的落脚点。融合了这两种政治文化的公民文化能促进我国民主政治的稳定。

An Analysis of the Contemporary Value about Confucian People-Rooted Thought under the View of the Civic Culture

The political attitude of taking part in the politics positively but influenced by traditional factors included in the civic culture and the difference between the sense of responsibility in taking part in the politics and the actual participation can effectively keep balance between the power and the responsibility of the political elite. The balance is the general conditions to keep democratic political stability. The political ideologies such as governing lies on the people,respecting for the public opinion and caring the people＇s livelihood are the essential factors for the civic culture. Taking advantage of these political ideologies to mold the elite culture which is responsible for people and the popular culture that the people trust the political elite is the foothold of the contemporary value of the people-rooted thought. The civic culture which fuses these two kinds of the political culture makes for maintaining the stability of the socialist democracy.
