| 摘 要： | 知识创新是企业生存与发展的前提,是提升国家综合实力、推动区域经济增长、增强企业核心竞争力的内在动力。知识共享是知识创新的前提和基础,通过对企业内部知识共享与企业知识创新过程的解读,借助柯布道格拉斯生产函数,构建企业知识创新能力提升动态模型,分析产学研合作中企业知识创新能力提升的影响因素,并提出产学研合作过程中企业知识创新能力提升的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Knowledge innovation is the premise for the survival and development of enterprises,and the inner dynamic to enhance the comprehensive national strength,promote the regional economic growth and strengthen the inner competitiveness of enterprises. Knowledge sharing is the premier and the basis of knowledge innovation. Through researching the process of the knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation of enterprises with the Cobb-Douglas production function to analyze the lifting factors of influencing knowledge innovation abilities,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the university-industry cooperation process. |
