| 摘 要： | 学科建设是大学建设与发展的核心和龙头工程。要保证学科建设成效,需要从管理机制上予以系统构建,包括学科建设运行机制、动力机制和约束机制。学科建设管理运行机制包括目标导向机制、决策机制、协调机制、评价机制和风险防范机制等;动力机制包括激励机制、竞争机制等;制约机制包括外部制约机制和内部制约机制。
