| Abstract: | The paper firstly illustrates the definition of the major emergency and the rescue volunteer and reviews the relevant literature.Secondly,it makes an empirical analysis on the current management situation of the rescue volunteers.Thirdly,it indicates the specific management problem of the rescue volunteers.Fourthly,it puts forth the management optimization path of the rescue volunteer.Finally,it makes out the specific countermeasures of the management optimization for the rescue volunteers. |
