| 摘 要： | 我国2004年3月的宪法修正案对土地征用补偿制度从两方面进行了修改完善,这表明国家已从宪法的高度对土地征用制度予以高度重视。然而,从法律意义上分析,对照国际的通行惯例,我国现行的土地征用补偿制度及其实施方面仍有一定的缺失,有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | According to explanation of the current situations of basic theories and the domestic and international law system of the compensation on expropriated land,the paper points out the deficiency of this system in our country,puts forward how to perfect the imagination of law system of the compensation on expropriated land in our country.It intends to perfect the legislation concerning the land,which is helpful to protect the people's legal right conscientiously. |
