| 摘 要： | 政治文明建设的核心是实现政治民主化、法制化,但是,一定的制度和法律并不是人的物质生产活动的自然结果,而是必须经过受一定的生产力状况所制约的人的伦理精神的观照。邓小平关于制度伦理的思想对于我国新时期政治文明建设具有重大的理论指导意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The core of the political civilization construction is to realize the political democratization, legalization;however,certain systems and laws are not the natural results of man's physical production, but the man's ethical spirit subjected to the certain productivity .Deng Xiaoping's Theory on the ethics has leading and realistic significance on political civilization construction in our country. |
