| 摘 要： | 任何理论的发展,只有实现了民族性与时代性的统一,才能成为实践发展的科学指南,而当两者出现不和谐甚至有所偏废的时候,理论的发展就会陷于停滞的局面.中国特色社会主义理论体系从民族传统文化角度来说具有民族性特征,从改革开放和社会主义市场经济发展的角度来说具有时代性特征.发展中国特色社会主义理论体系必须坚持民族性与时代性的统一.
