非公有制企业党建工作刍议——以湖北省荆门市为例

湖北省荆门市的非公有制企业党建工作已初见成效,但还存在着企业党组织覆盖面不广、领导体制不明确、发展水平不平衡等制约因素。因此,在非公有制企业党建工作实践中,建议规范其领导管理体制,合理确定党建工作内容及形式,同时充分发挥党组织在企业生产中的作用,以争取企业主对党建工作的支持。

Brief Disscusion on the Party Construction in Non-public Enterprises——Taking Jingmen in Hubei Province as an Example

Although the non-public economy in Jingmen,Hubei province has been developing rapidly,there are also many problems such as the number of the party organization is not very large,the lead-ing stystem is indefinited,the development is not balanced and there are many other restricting fac-tors.So during the project of the non-public enterprises party construction,it's necessary to standardize the leading administrative stysem,define the content and form of party construction in the non-public enterprises,promote the effort of the party organization in the enterprises,which also can help to get the support from the undertakers.
