| 摘 要： | 量化管理共青团的工作是规范管理和激发工作积极性的有效措施。在量化的基础上,科学、全面地进行分析,有利于客观、合理地反映共青团的工作状况。文中将主成分分析法运用于共青团考核这一多指标评价体系中,并针对实例进行了分析和评价。

| Abstract: | To measure the quality of the Communist Youth League,quantitative management is the effective measure not only in making the Communist Youth League management standardized but also in arousing people's working enthusiasm. It condues to reflecting the Communist Youth League working quality objectively and rationally.This paper applies the principle component analysis to evaluating the work of the Communist Youth League management which is a multiple objects system and an example is analyzed. |
