| 摘 要： | 在农民工的权益保护领域,农民工、企业、政府是利益相关体,通过三者之间完全信息下静态博弈分析,总结出13种博弈均衡。在这些均衡中,农民工权益被侵害的现象是普遍存在的。为了改变这种现状从而达到理想的均衡状态,政府的作用是必不可少的。在存在政策悖论的情况下,政府在政策执行中需采取相应的配套政策,如增加农民务农收入,改善城乡收入差距状况,增加企业对农民工的需求,等等。政府在促进农民工权益保护的过程中,同时也促进了农民工的市民化。
