| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main problems existing in technology innovation of small and medium enterprises,discusses advantages of technology innovation of small and medium enterprises cluster,including in networking,resource integration,knowledge spreading and gathering,and excellent learning ability,and finally studies the necessary requirements to achieve these advantages which include the group's localization,social culture environment,regional innovation network,social service system,government support and so on. |
