市场经济中的“信”伦理与“信”制度

信伦理和信制度是同一个问题的两个层面。信伦理属于伦理道德的范畴 ,主要强调信伦理在现代社会尤其是在市场经济中的重要作用以及信关系和诚实守信在现代社会的意义。信制度则属于现代社会制度建设的范畴 ,主要强调制度建设及其惩戒和规范作用 ,以限制和约束背信、欺诈等行为。两个层面都讲信 ,两个层面有机结合 ,应该是现代社会关系追求的目标。

"Faith"Ethics and "Faith" System in the Market Economy

Faith ethics and faith system are two levels of the same problem. The former belongs to the category of ethical morality, emphasizing its own function in the modern soceity, especially in the market economy as well as the significance of the faith and the faith relationship in the modern soceity. The latter belongs to the category of modern social system construction .It puts a premium on the system construction and norm and also on how to limit the action of cheating and breach . Two levels concerned with faith and the combination of the two is the goal of the modern soceity.
