| 摘 要： | 将虚拟物流和危机管理理论运用于突发事件物流管理,提出了突发事件虚拟物流体系的概念,并从组建基础、组织模式、运行机制等方面对突发事件虚拟物流体系的内涵进行分析,指出其与传统物流的区别,并进一步提出突发事件虚拟物流体系的运行流程。

| Abstract: | Applying the theory of virtual logistics and crisis management into emergency logistics management,this paper proposes the concept of virtual emergency logistics system,points out differences between virtual emergency logistics and traditional logistics,analyzes the connotation of virtual emergency logistics system from constructing bases,organizing model and working mechanism,and puts forward the procedures of virtual emergency logistics system. |
