| Abstract: | A discussion has been launched about the client relationship management and universities community hospital health medical service marketing based on the electronic commerce.Then a proposal of a functional frame of a management system has been put forward with an aim of constructing a flow-guided and client-centered relationship in college community hospitals as well as the "balance computation" pattern grounded on electronic realization environment. |
