| 摘 要： | 面对现代教育发展越来越复杂的局面,传统学校管理理论与模式已经不太适应."有限理性说"提出了一种新的管理思想,为学校管理提供了一种可资借鉴的新的思维方式和管理理念.它对学校管理的启示是学校管理思想应重视灵活性,以追求"满意"取代机械地追求"最优化"思想,强调管理目标的分解与互补,构建网络化的组织结构,加强民主管理.

| Abstract: | It's the time of knowledge-applied economy .The old theory of university management can't fit with complex conditions of modern education. The limited reason theory is a new way for university management. According to this theory, we should become more flexible in university management, pursue contentment decisions instead of optimization decisions ,emphasize decompounds and complementarily of goal, construct net organization and enforce democratic management . |
