| 摘 要： | 目前我国农村非农群体数量庞大,但其中相当大一部分都缺少相应的社会保障.随着我国城市化和工业化进程不断向纵深推进,给这部分人建立相应的社会保障制度是必然的,因而,构筑我国农村非农产业群体的社会保障制度也就成了国家的重大课题之一.本文就此问题展开讨论,分析在我国构筑农村非农产业群体的社会保障制度的必然性和障碍性因素,并依此提出相应的建议.

| Abstract: | At present ,there are a large amount of rural inhabitants who engage in non agriculture sections,but most of them lack according social security. With the further development of urbanization and industrialization ,it is necessary to build a social security system for them.So this problem becomes one of the most important subjects in China. This paper develops the discussion on the subject,analyzes the necessity and obstructive factors and puts forward according suggestions |
