| 摘 要： | 创业教育、创业禀赋、个体背景等因素都会影响大学生创业意愿。特别是从创业教育到创业意愿需要一定转化路径的支持。以天津市、秦皇岛市两地高校为例验证了创业禀赋在创业教育转化为学生创业意愿形成中所起的中介作用,并提出个体创业经历对创业禀赋与创业意愿关系具有调节作用。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial endowment,individual background all affect the entrepreneurial willingness of undergraduates,especially there needs a transformation path from the entrepreneurship education to the entrepreneurial willingness.It verifies the mediating effect on the transformation from the entrepreneurship education to the entrepreneurial willingness cited by the colleges located in Tianjin and Qing Huangdao examples and puts forward the moderating effect of individual entrepreneurial experience on the relationship between entrepreneurial endowment and entrepreneurial willingness. |
