| 摘 要： | 风险企业的评估是风险投资公司决策过程中的重要步骤。文章构建了风险投资家在方案评估阶段的评估准则体系,并运用模糊综合评判方法建立评估数学模型,以对风险企业的投资价值进行科学的评判。

| Abstract: | The venture business enterprises are the business enterprises that accept venture capital.They are primarily small high technology companies.They contact with the venture capital closely,having the characteristic of the high risk and high repay.The evaluation of the venture business enterprises is an important step of venture capital company decision process.This paper sets up evaluation standard system that investor could use in stage of project evaluation and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation mathematics model,proceeding the evaluation of investment value of venture business enterprises with science method. |
