| Abstract: | As a localized,Chinese Marxist aesthetic theory:"practical aesthetics",was proposed when closely linked with the specific historical and cultural context in China’s first "great debate on aesthetics" in 1950s-1960s,in which Mr.Li Zehou contributed a lot.From the perspective of Li’s early basic ideas of aesthetics,it seemed that his "Practical Aesthetics" theory was obviously inspired by the "social group" aesthetics of the former Soviet aestheticians,such as Vanslov,Stolovich.Therefore,an interpretation to the main views of the "Four Schools" formed by the first "Aesthetics Discussion" in China,so as to expound the theoretical background of "Practical Aesthetics" advocated by Li firstly. |
