| Abstract: | s: Law should protect natural ecology benefits, but the way is not simple and straightforward. It should be carried out through person's traditional legal rights and the natural rights should be transformed into the human rights. The relationship between human being and nature is a typical relationship between person and person essentially. The basic value of ecology law lies in enlarging the human freedom and rational intelligences. |
