| Abstract: | The paper thoroughly expounds creation, development, status and current situation of the venture capital investment in the development of science and technology as well as economy in our country. On the basis of the indispensable analysis of the relationship between the venture capital investment and limited partnership, the paper makes a necessary exposition of the implication of the limited partnership. It also puts forward some viewpoints on such issues as capital promising system, exiting system of venture capital investment, establishment of second exchange market and legal check of the securities law. |
