| 摘 要： | 建立缺陷产品召回制度 ,必须有相应的立法 ,以形成保护消费者、维护市场安全与稳定、增加生产者与销售者的产品质量责任和政府的产品监管职责的法律制度。美国等国家在此方面有过实践 ,我们怎样借鉴其先进经验并针对国内立法的不足进行补充与完善 ,都是亟待解决的问题

| Abstract: | The legislation of defect product recall system is important in protecting the legal rights and interests of consumers,defending the safety and stability of the market as well as increasing the product quality responsibility of the producers and sellers and the product supervision duty of the government. The article probes into the legislation of America and other countries,analyzes the legislative situation of our country and puts forward the legislative conception. |
