| Abstract: | Attention should be paid to the stimulating function of college and university teacher evaluation in consideration of the reality of college and university teacher development in our country. In order to give full play to the stimulating function of college and university teacher evaluation, the light of the effectiveness evaluation theory and motivation theory, the two dimensions of evaluation and stimulation should be taken into consideration. That is, the effectiveness of evaluation should be upgraded on the one hand and the intensity of stimulation should be raised on the other hand. |
