高校教师素质评价的激励功能

摘    要:从我国高校教师队伍建设的实际来看 ,应该重视高校教师素质评价的激励功能。而要充分发挥高校教师素质评价的激励功能 ,根据效用评价理论和动机理论 ,应从评价和激励两个维度来考虑 ,即一方面要提高评价的效用 ,另一方面又要增加激励强度

Abstract:Attention should be paid to the stimulating function of college and university teacher evaluation in consideration of the reality of college and university teacher development in our country. In order to give full play to the stimulating function of college and university teacher evaluation, the light of the effectiveness evaluation theory and motivation theory, the two dimensions of evaluation and stimulation should be taken into consideration. That is, the effectiveness of evaluation should be upgraded on the one hand and the intensity of stimulation should be raised on the other hand.
