辽宁沿海经济带一体化发展对策研究

辽宁沿海经济带一体化发展研究缘起于辽宁省"五点一线"的开发战略构想,笔者认为,"五点一线"战略构想从本质上来说是东北振兴规划思想的超前体现,是东北振兴方略中一体化思维的具体反映,在上述思想指导下,笔者从沿海经济带一体化发展角度对"五点一线"战略构想做了进一步延伸,通过强调"经济带"、"一体化发展"等总体发展概念,将"五点一线"中本来具备的一体化发展思想加以较为深入的阐述。对策研究是区域发展研究的重要组成部分,在对辽宁沿海经济带整体区域发展进行系统调研的基础上,结合各地相关工作部门反映的实际情况,笔者从四个方面提出了一些可行性较高、有利于沿海经济带一体化发展的对策措施。

The Measure Study on Integration Development of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone

The research on integration development of Liaoning coastal economic zone originated from the Liaoning Province's development strategy of "Five Point String up with one line",we believe that the strategy is an advanced reflection ahead of the revitalization of northeast China and a foresight reflection of the integration idea within the revitalization of northeast China in essence,above these thought,we make a further extension on the strategy from the perspective of Liaoning coastal economic zone's integration development,we make a more in-depth exposition of the integration development ideas within the strategy originally there,by emphasizing "economic zone" and "integration development"these overall development concept and so on.Measure research is an important component of the overall regional development study,finally we propose some countermeasures with higher feasibility and favourable to coastal economic zone's future integration development,on the basis of systemic investigation of the Liaoning coastal economic zone and the proposal of relevant departments throughout the actual situation.
