论高素质教师及教师职前教育改革

摘    要:在对研究者、国际组织和若干国家的专业标准关于教师素质结构的阐述进行考查之后笔者认为,高素质教师的素质结构是一个综合的、全面的、动态的、均衡的复杂系统。作为造就高素质教师的重要阶段,教师职前教育要想有所作为,就必须采取战略性调整教师培养目标、重新设计教师教育课程体系、强化教育实践等变革措施。

Abstract:Based on a comprehensive study of researchers,international organizations and a number of countries' view points or professional standards on teacher quality structure of,the paper thinks that the quality structure of highly qualified teachers is an integrated,comprehensive,dynamic,complex and balanced system.In order for pre-service teacher education as an important stage to make a difference,we should take reform measures such as strategic readjusting of teacher education objectives,redesigning of teacher education curriculum structure and strengthening of educational practice.
