| 摘 要： | 高校德育主体的人格是其主体精神面貌的集中反映,它包括高校德育主体的思想、态度、兴趣、气质、潜能、人生哲学、体格、生理特点和道德品质以及做人尊严等的总和。在现代社会发展进程中,高校德育主体的人格特征出现了对立冲突的两极现象,为此,我们有必要把高校德育主体人格矛盾的现实呈显出来,对其进行文化上的分析与修正,使高校德育主体走出人格的矛盾困境,以便更好地发挥高校德育的实效性,促进高校德育主体的全面发展。
