建构主义理论及其在教育上的启示

摘    要:目前建构主义理论虽然流派众多 ,但均认为知识是个体主动建构的 ,是个人经验的合理化 ,是个体与他人经由磋商并达成一致的社会建构。在这种理论的指导下 ,学习观和教学观都将发生深刻的变化 ,更加重视学习者已有的知识经验 ,强调以学习者为中心 ,注重互动、合作的学习方式 ,尊重个人意见 ;同时教师的作用转变为设置适当的学习情境 ,鼓励学生反省与思考 ,帮助学生进行知识的意义建构。因而建构主义理论可以从根本上纠正教师和学生对知识本质及知识获得的认识 ,这对于创造性人才的培养具有非常重要的借鉴作用

Abstract:Currently although there are a lot of constructivism trends,they all suggest knowledge is what an individual activity constructs,is the idealization of individual experience,and is the social construction that an individual agree with others.This kind of theory will bring great changes to the conception of learning and teaching .It places more emphasis on student's own knowledge and experience.It emphasizes student-centered teaching style ,cooperation and interaction.At the same time,the teachers' role changes to set proper learning situations,encourage students to reflect ,help student to construct the meaning of knowledge.So constructivism theory can correct teacher and student's acknowledgement to the nature of knowledge and its acquirement ,which is very important to the cultivation of creative personnel.
