| 摘 要： | 教育优先发展战略是现代教育的基本特征之一。能否在农村落实教育优先发展战略是关系到综合国力提高的大问题。在农村 ,应结合我国实际 ,借鉴国际经验 ,坚持“农科教”统筹安排 ,在教育方面突出强调义务教育和高等教育优先发展 ,兴建大学城 ,试办“教育特区” ,中西部和欠发达地区更应该超常规发展。

| Abstract: | Education development priority strategy is the one basic character of modern education. How to carry out the strategy in countryside is a key issue relating the synthesis national power. In China we should learn from other countries, plan farming, science and education as a whole, stress compulsory education and higher education. In China, special education area, like a university city, should be constructed in remote region and countryside, especially in western part of China. |
