| 摘 要： | 农民工作为我国城镇化进程中出现的特殊群体,是社会不可忽视的重要组成部分.农民工在融入城市这一过程中权利与义务的对等发展逐渐引起整个社会的重视与关注,农民工子女就学问题作为其中之一更是社会关注的焦点.农民工子女就学问题中暴露出的种种问题归根结底是制度的变革与社会发展的不同步造成的.制度性障碍已经成为影响农民工子女就学的重要症结所在.

| Abstract: | The peasants working in the city as a special groups of the society in China's urbanization must not be overlooked as an important component part.Migrant workers into the cities in this process and the rights and obligations of the development of society as a whole gradually aroused the attention and concern,and the children of migrant workers of at school as one of the problems is the focus of social attention.The problems exposed in school children of migrant workers lie in the change of the system and social development.Institutional obstacles affecting school children of migrant workers have become an important crux of the problem. |
