| 摘 要： | 均衡化是当前基础教育发展的主题。就我国国情而言,教育均衡发展的重心在农村的义务教育。面对城乡教育发展严重不均衡的现实,如何缩小城乡教育差距,实现城乡教育相对均衡发展,成为一个亟待解决的课题。建设标准化学校是推进农村义务教育可持续发展,实现城乡教育均衡发展的根本路径。笔者就农村义务教育阶段建设标准化学校的内涵、必要性与可行性进行了分析,对标准化学校的标准体系作了初步探讨,并提出了建设标准化学校的实施策略。

| Abstract: | Equalization is the main theme in current basic education development.As far as the China's national conditions are concerned,rural compulsory education is the center of a balanced development of education.Faced with the seriously reality of the non-development of urban and rural education,how to narrow the gap between urban and rural education and achieve relatively balanced development of urban and rural education has become an urgent solution.Building standardized schools is the fundamental path to promoting the sustainable development of rural compulsory education and achieves a balanced development of urban and rural education.This paper analyses the connotation of rural compulsory education and its necessity and feasibility,and preliminary discusses the standard system of the standardized schools,and puts forward the implementation of the school building standardization strategy. |
