| 摘 要： | 教师专业化发展是一个新兴而复杂的教育热点问题.在目前世界各国教师专业化发展的大潮中,我国教师整体队伍正处在向专业化发展过渡时期,也是形成中的专业化或处在半专业化、准专业化的阶段.笔者认为,教师专业化发展是一个庞大的动态系统,其内容将随着社会发展而不断丰富.基于此,笔者对国内教师专业化发展理论研究成果进行梳理和总结后,系统地提出教师专业化发展的四个维度:即专业信念系统、专业素质系统、专业知识系统和专业技能系统.

| Abstract: | Teachers' professional development is a new,complicated educational hottopic.Based on the theoretical research and practice,the writer,as a teacher of fundamental education,focuses her attention to the core issue of Teachers' professional development and clarify the issue of teachers' professional development from four aspects: professional belief,professional diathesis,professional knowledge and professional skills. |
