摘    要:幼儿园教育是基础教育和终身教育的奠基阶段.这个阶段的基础不应该打在升学、发展特长上,而应该打在幼儿的天性、心性与个性和谐统一发展上.天性是人成长的内在动力,是自我本真、价值、追求的真实起点;心性是人的自我世界的心理生活方式;个性是人在对象活动和交往活动中获得的,并表明在个体中表现社会关系水平和性质的系统的社会品质.幼儿教育只有繁茂这"三性",最终才能培养出阳光般的儿童.
