| 摘 要： | 民间金融、非正规金融和地下金融这三个概念不应该混用.笔者对三个概念加以界定,并分析了三个概念之间的关系,指出非正规金融和地下金融是互不包容的两个概念,二者都包含于民间金融之中.因此,不能泛泛地对民间金融进行评价,对非正规金融要推进其正规化,对地下金融要依法严厉打击.
